CyberDrive keeps your company data safe while you work in the cloud and share and edit documents with other users.

CyberDrive is a cloud file manager with high security standards thanks to independent encryption of all files.
It allows you to securely organize, share and edit folders and documents with other users.
The files reside within the protected environment of our Tier III certified Italian Data Center (one of the highest data center certifications).
The data center is built using latest generation technologies, natively resilient to ransomware, which offer the possibility of having up to one data backup per minute.
CyberDrive uses advanced 256-bit AES encryption to protect files and prevents files from being lost or exfiltrated through theft, whether physical or digital.
FEATURES AND FUNCTIONALITY
Simple to use, you can view and manage your files directly from the web portal.
It can also be used from mobile devices.
SECURITY: Files and folders use an advanced 256-bit AES encryption system and different random passwords for each file.
Login requires 2-factor authentication.
BACKUP: It is equipped with a backup-restore function on both folders and files which allows their restoration in the event of data loss.
CONTROL FUNCTIONS: Management of users with related access permissions to documents. Occupied space monitoring. View the list of versions of each file with custom retention rules for each document. Notification via e-mail of any type of activity carried out on files (download, modification...)
SECURE SHARING: You can share files and folders with any user, both inside and outside your organization.
Access and operability rights are assigned in a targeted manner and in real time.
Furthermore, to increase the level of security, on each shared file or folder, it is possible:
• inhibit the storage of files on the user's PC
• edit local and online files directly on the platform in a safe and protected area
• block copy/paste
